We kindly ask if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment you do so with 72hrs notice where possible. If in the event you cancel, alter or reschedule your appointments less than 24/48hrs 50% off the full treatment price will be payable. All cancellations/amendments made within 24hrs of appointment time will incur the full treatment cost.

LATE APPOINTMENTS

If you’re more than 15 mins late to your appointment, there may not be time to carry out the full service (if any at all) but you will still be charged for the full booking.
